A 3 night stay in a suite w/ 2 queens at the Ritz Calrton for a phish run with airport transportation, rides to and from the shows, all inclusive food and booze at the hotel, free drinks in the lot, a late night happy hour/food spread, and access to a courtesy car taking you anywhere within a 4 mile radius of the hotel?
How much per person would you pay for a room of 4 with all this included.

figured. do you people really get off on typing such played out cliches?
yes with 2 queens. 4 people max in a room.
This is not for any particular run. I have some connects with the Ritz and would like to see about offerring fans a taste of the good life for a reasonable price. Basically showing up in a city and having everything you need taken care of. Trying to figure out what your average fan would think is reasonable to see if it will work.

unless you are booking a huge group you are not going to get that kind of rate unless its a super dead weekend.
normal rates for a suite with club service is $600 a night at the ritz here in denver and that doesn't include airport transpo, rides to and from the show, and drinks in the lot. either way thanks for the input.

I have stayed in Ritz Carlton's all over the country and never have paid more than $150/night ** (which included club service)
Edit: ** With a friends and family rate
my comment was in response to those saying it should only cost $400 a night for a suite with club access and that without a large group rate(10 plus rooms) or some sort of preferred business rate. It is ,in reality, much more expensive and that doesn't include any transportation. like i said the normal rate for that type of room with club access is $599 plus tax.
Cupcakes, you must have some sort of special rate because a normal room with club service is $299 a night.

honestly not sure. I would say that in a room with 4 people. $600 for 3 nights in a suite is probably fair considering you get picked up and dropped off from the airport, taken to and from the shows with free beer and cocktails both in the lot and at the hotel, free food, courtesy cars, and a late night cocktail hour/food spread after getting back from the show.
That also factors in that you are staying at one of the classier hotels in town and not some shit hole. The suites are really nice and the service you get at a place like the ritz is top notch.

Id pay it

honestly i think we could probably get away with charging more but thats the number I'd like to keep it at. I think your older, higher class of fan would like to be able to show up, get shuttled around, and not have to worry about anything all weekend for a pretty reasonable price.
You'll always have those who want to do things as cheap as possible but i think there are more and more of us who like to get taken care of and can afford a taste of the good life.

bc i am bored here is how a trip like that would break down without any sort of discounted rate.
$1800 for lodging
$400 in rides (thats with airport and show rides at $20 per person)
$300 for drinks to and from and in the lot ($25 a day per person seems about right for my crew)
just that puts you at $2500 without the convience factor of not having to organize any of it or any of the extras you would be looking at through booking with a package deal.

different strokes gordy. $600 for an inclusive 3 day weekend at a place like the ritz where you don't have to worry about doing anything except booking the package is a pretty damn good deal regardless of whether its for phish or not.
who knows about the nuggets. Its going to be pretty interesting to see how things unfold out here in CO over the next several months. It may be entirely reasonable to see us being able to at least have some legal seller sponsor the event and get everyone hooked up.
