Or at least know a little bit about their workings? I want to "quit" my job by basically not extending with the current company because they keep giving me a week at a time with no commitments. So if I refuse an extension will the agency have less incentive to find me a new job?
I worked for a temp agency for several years and they told me to let them know if a job just wasn't working out. I left several positions that were just horribly boring and they always found other stuff.
