Busta_Move Our Fishman,
Who art in rhombus,
W00kie be thy name.
These hippies come
With guitar and drum
On tour as it is in Gamehendge.
Give this day our daily toke
And forgive us our WSP stats
As we forgive spreadheads that come to our Phish shows.
And lead us not into the Biscuits
But deliver us from Umphrey's

Who turned the lights out?

I'm feeling a Round Room morning coming on... inspired by @King_Williamson.
Thanks for helping with my first major decision of the day!
I'll catch back up in an hour or two...after I plow thru some work in sleep mode...I'm at my best on autopilot.

It's one of my favorite Phish albums. Say what you will about Friday and Thunderhead, but Anything But Me is probably my second favorite original slow song (behind Fast Enough For You), the title track is cool, Pebbles & Marbles, 46 Days and Walls of The Cave rock SO hard, and best of all, Seven Below and Waves were instant favorites for me, from the very first listen. Great album.

I'm not sure why it didn't click with me back when it came out. But here I am over ten years later, and I can't stop listening to it. Maybe it was just like a fine wine and it took a few years to mature. Both the album and myself.

@mattsox94 - I totally failed at college in that I don't think I had a weekday morning where I could sleep in past 8:00 til my senior year. (due both to class and work-study.) But that was ok, as finishing classes early allowed me to play a lot of pickup basketball in the afternoons. A lot.

Nothing major to report. Just another day of Unicorn sharts and rainbows over here. Oh, and stoked for Pork Tornado tomorrow. It is going to be wonderful.

@johnnyd what are the chances of us discussing the intricasies of the Jam Band Grading System in person tomorrow? On a more serious note, what is my best bet for stopping off 89 somewhere to grab some Heady Topper? I'm meeting @supperballing up there and he is dying to try some.

Very high. Based on the last time I saw Pork Tornado, my opening bid for them is C-Grade Bar Band. That is up for discussion.

Go right to the source for the Heady Topper - the Alchemist cannery. On a Wednesday, they should definitely not be sold out. Less than a mile off Exit 10 (Waterbury/Stowe). Check google maps, and let me know if you have questions. They are open til 7:00, you can get tasters there.

Not sure what time I'm heading up. Most likely carpooling with one or 2 brahs from down here...will def keep you posted.

I agree.

Billy Breathes was the first album to drop when I became a fan. It's a good album on it's own, but more meaningful for me because I went to the store day one to buy it.

Hoist came out a few months before I was introduced to the band.

i need a thank you gift for the mother in law. anyone have suggestions. Little background about her, she doesn't like anything!

Farmhouse is a decent place downtown Bton to sample a variety of beers. But I've gotta plug Waterbury as well, esp if you're going "day trip" mode. There are 3 different places in town (walking distance of each other, about a mile from the Alchemist Cannery) where you can get a variety of Hill Farmstead and Lawson's beers on tap. The Blackback Pub, Prohibition Pig (the Alchemist's original spot) and Reservoir all have great beer lists, and serve food. Check their sites for exact hours, just in case.

I sent a Twat to the Nugs.net people last night asking them to eliminate CD tracking on their downloads.

I suck horribly at Twitter though. It has it's own lingo and mannerisms that I haven't mastered yet.

JayDubya Twitter and Facebook are the ways to initiate change in this world. Grassroots at its core. If you get enough people piling on via social media, you'll undoubtedly get a response, and likely action.

Maybe I'll look up Nugs.Net on the Facebooks tonight and post on their wall about my CD Tracking gripe.
