The Mockingbird Foundation
The Mockingbird Foundation is a non-profit organization founded by Phish fans in 1996 to generate charitable proceeds from the Phish community.

If anyone is interested or thinking about quitting I am just reiterating what I've learned from many .netters. The book is the way.
So basically yesterday I stopped at around page 55. I was continuing smoking as the book says to but each cigarette was put out sooner than the last. They were losing their appeal.
Right now I'm at page 66 and can't get through a cigarette without combating every thought of why I'm smoking with a rebuttal that Allen Carr has.
At this point I want to be done with the book already so I can be done with these death sticks. He says not to finish before he says to and I'm obeying in worry that I won't completely quit if I don't finish the book.
This is it. I'm excited. Read the book.
