The Mockingbird Foundation
The Mockingbird Foundation is a non-profit organization founded by Phish fans in 1996 to generate charitable proceeds from the Phish community.
And since we’re entirely volunteer – with no office, salaries, or paid staff – administrative costs are less than 2% of revenues! So far, we’ve distributed over $1,000,000 to support music education for children – hundreds of grants in all 50 states, with more on the way.

"Does any one have good intel as to why Phish hasn't returned? Leaving Halloween aside, it seemed pretty well set up for them to do a four show weekend annually around 4.20. With just 4 shows a year, they wouldn't need to recycle any visuals, which I know was important to them (and to us)."
Cause Vegas sucks? "
That may be true, but Sphere 100% does NOT suck."
Getting tickets sucked. The scalpers had an absolute field day with phish sphere tickets.
That combined with the fact the visuals cant react to the music. "
honestly dead at the sphere was a lot better than phish. They need more time and shows to get a feel for the thing, should never be a weekend thing but def a residency if they wanna go back. practice makes perfect. dead's visuals went so well with the music and felt like it was more adaptive. like compared to phish when it was just 25 minutes of CARS for the tweezer jam (granted the cars made sense see it was their jam VEHICLE!) lol but would love to see what they can do with some more practice
"
I’d like to know more, because that was not the impression I got from admittedly very little information prior to now. Can you elaborate?
