The Mockingbird Foundation is a non-profit organization founded by Phish fans in 1996 to generate charitable proceeds from the Phish community.
And since we’re entirely volunteer – with no office, salaries, or paid staff – administrative costs are less than 2% of revenues! So far, we’ve distributed over $1,000,000 to support music education for children – hundreds of grants in all 50 states, with more on the way.
I respect your opinions. Note that I included the part about consciousness being the resonant thalamo-cortical activity from an older article not even about LSD. It seemed to me to be prerequisite knowledge on the principles the current study is based around, so basically I added that part on from my personal background research, and it may be out of context.
Lastly, they're neuroscientists, they can't endorse vague eastern philosophy or beliefs about consciousness and still succeed in the field. They also never explicitly mention how activating these different harmonic patterns on LSD influences consciousness. Science simply isn't quite to that point yet. But it's getting there quickly.
