The Mockingbird Foundation
The Mockingbird Foundation is a non-profit organization founded by Phish fans in 1996 to generate charitable proceeds from the Phish community.
And since we’re entirely volunteer – with no office, salaries, or paid staff – administrative costs are less than 2% of revenues! So far, we’ve distributed over $1,000,000 to support music education for children – hundreds of grants in all 50 states, with more on the way.
not sure if you are up and running, but i also have a Dell Laptop work computer with windows 10.
You are no very clear or i am not following your actual problem, but maybe this will help.
1. are you using a docking station?
1a. if yes, is there an output for external speakers (i think this is what you call outside speakers)
1b. if no, are you plugging into the 3.5 mm speaker port? (left side headphone jack)
1b* when you plug in, you should have a pop up window that you need to pick from...i.e., (headphones, headphones with mic, and about 8 other options...) did you get that pop up window?
2. do your internal speakers work?
2a. are your drinking on the job?
2b. is your IT guy drinking on the job (because he should be able to figure this out)
3. are you trying to listen to sports radio in the Philly Market after yesterdays preseason game?
3a. just kidding... (it's pre-season)
post if you got that puppy working, if not...when my flight gets to Cancun i will see what i can do to call this into my IT team from Dell. but in the mean time, here is a set up link for your model https://topics-cdn.dell.com/pdf/xps-13-9365-2-in-1-laptop_setup-guide_en-us.pdf
