I'm in love with that jam. I thought on first listen that the middle portion sounded like a jam that could come out of the instrumental bridge of Fuego (after the first refrain). Piper-esque is also an apt description

It sounds to me like there's more than a hint of the middle section of Hood in there, too. Regardless, I'm also on board with this 20YL. I've listened to the first set twice, and while at first I wasn't quite sure about the 46 Days or 20YL, I now think both are excellent versions.

No, I hear both now that y’all mention it. I was referencing the gnarly groove they settle into ~9:30 is similar to many type II Piper grooves of recent years. Think MPP 15, BD and Alpha 18 among many others.

I hear the mellow, fuego-esque jamming out for the gate from about 4:30-7 minutes and the hood groove from 7-9 minutes.
