If I were you I wouldn't let the 300's deter your decision on Chicago, especially if you're able to get them in 307-310. I was up in those sections in 2023 and the sound was still amazing- crisp, clean, and loud. The view of the lights was also still great so you can still watch CK5 work his magic. I got almost the same seats this time around in the presale, and I'm happy about it. I sat in nosebleeds at MSG near the side of the stage (Mike's side) and the sound was way worse/quieter (due to the skybridge). My experience at UC was nothing like that.

Ok good to know bc the only time I say up that high at UC was like 20 years ago and it was terrible so I never went back lol

Not sure what upgrades they've made to the sound since then, but here’s a pic i took that shows all the different levels of speakers hung throughout the venue. The pic makes the stage look so much further than it is in real life IMO.
